Face Pic

So, as you can tell, my chin isn't quite in the middle (neither is my nose as my doctor pointed out, but that will have to wait). Also, there is a bit of gum on the top. I actually have to think about it when I take pictures not to smile too big or else its all gums and no teeth. This is what will change the most after surgery. It will so nice to genuinely smile big in pictures and not have to worry so much that it will be all gums.

very nice pic...and i totally dont see how your nose and chin arent in the middle? Do you really want ur chin done, trust me its annoying, cuz im 3.5 months and still have no feeling...upper is alright though, quick recovery, nerves regenrate quickly, thats what i had done first time when i was 15...its not easy, but better than upper and lower. Lower teeth look great though!

I can see it up close. My nose veers to my left as well as my chin. Supposedly, he doesn't think it will be a big deal but I will definitely ask him about the loss of feeling in my chin.

Don't sweat it. My ENT told me mine "shanked to the right." Nice.

Just stopped by to say hello. I think your nose and chin look just fine and your teeth look great! I'm having upper surgery in 8 weeks, I'll have to keep you posted. What exactly are they going to do?

The lower jaw is now in question since my teeth had moved so much. As far as the upper goes, they will be cutting across the top to shorten it, across the front to move it forward, and across the roof to move it out. He still wants to move my chin over but isn't sure that he'll need to shorten my lower jaw which is fine with me.

Is it a Lefort I? That's what I'll be having. We'll have to keep each other posted.

Yes, its a Lefort I. I had to check my pre-determination letter again.
