My jaw is having anxiety pains
I think my jaw has realized its impending doom. The last two days the joint has been throbbing. Its right next to my ear on the right side. It has never hurt like this until now. Its starting to really hurt to eat. My doctor always asks if my jaw hurts and I've always been able to say no. I guess things will be different at my appointment next week. I hope this doesn't change anything. T-minus 20 days!

I don't know if it's common or not, but maybe a month or two before surgery, my jaw pain also reached an all time high.
I chalked it up to all of those professionals saying "if you don't have this dealt with... your pain will only get worse!" So, I was like... I guess it's starting! =)

It's kinda interesting that you jaw started hurting, because right after my orthodontist put on my surgical hooks, my teeth have felt kinda tight or uncomfortable. I think they're getting nervous, too!
Similar thing over here - after all the pre-op exams, my jaw has started to ache. Must be in anticipation of the surgery! My big day is June 25th, and I too have started blogging about it. I'm going to add your blog to my blogroll so that hopefully we can support each other over the summer!!
